By accessing trainplex.in or using TrainPlex services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Cybdeer Network Pvt Ltd from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
TrainPlex is a managed AI training platform that connects verified Indian-language AI Trainers with AI companies (clients) for RLHF, data annotation, translation evaluation, and AI safety evaluation tasks. Tasks are delivered through our platform or client-provided tools per agreement.
AI Trainers engage with TrainPlex as independent contractors, not employees. TrainPlex does not guarantee minimum hours, tasks, or income. Each trainer is responsible for their own income tax filings. Where applicable, we deduct TDS at source and issue Form 16A per Indian law.
Client engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs). Our standard commercial terms: pre-paid pilot model for first engagements; Net 15 invoice terms thereafter. Currency: INR for domestic clients, USD for international clients. Taxes as applicable under Indian law (GST for domestic).
All deliverables pass our 4-layer QA pipeline: trainer self-check, AI cross-validation, peer review, and expert QA Lead sign-off. Tier-specific accuracy minimums apply to AI Trainers. Client-defined acceptance criteria are documented in each SOW. Tasks failing acceptance are either reworked or credited at our discretion.
For AI Trainers: Weekly payouts every Tuesday at 10 AM IST for tasks approved in the preceding 7 days, disbursed to Indian bank account or UPI in INR. TDS @10% applied automatically when annual earnings exceed ₹30,000.
For clients: Invoice issued on delivery milestones as defined in the SOW. Net 15 payment terms default. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Client retains full ownership of all deliverables, annotations, labels, and derivative work produced for them. TrainPlex retains ownership of its platform, tooling, quality methodology, aggregated performance metrics, and any pre-existing materials. AI Trainers assign rights to their approved work product to TrainPlex, which in turn assigns them to the client per the SOW.
All AI Trainers sign an NDA during onboarding. AI Trainers cannot publicly discuss, post, or otherwise disclose client project specifics. Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely. Client confidentiality is governed by the executed MSA/SOW.
You agree not to: (a) share your account with anyone; (b) submit automated or AI-generated responses as your own work; (c) misrepresent your language proficiency or identity; (d) circumvent quality checks; (e) attempt to identify or contact clients outside TrainPlex systems; (f) use the Service for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainPlex's total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid to TrainPlex by the claimant in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By AI Trainer: You may terminate your account at any time via written notice to contact@trainplex.in. Pending approved earnings will be paid per normal payout schedule.
By TrainPlex: We may terminate your access for cause (quality violations, integrity breaches, legal non-compliance) immediately, or without cause on 30 days' written notice.
By clients: Per the termination clause in your executed SOW.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date above revised. Your continued use of the Service after material changes constitutes acceptance.
