Any Indian resident aged 18+ with fluency in at least one Indian language and basic English comprehension, a working laptop/desktop (no mobile-only), and a stable internet connection. Education requirement: 12th pass minimum. Most of our top trainers are graduates or postgraduates.

Earnings depend on your tier, hours worked, and accuracy. Typical ranges: Bronze ₹8-15K/month, Silver ₹15-30K/month, Gold ₹30-55K/month, Platinum ₹55K-1.2L/month. Trainers at Gold tier working 6 hours/day average ₹45K monthly. Payment is weekly to your bank or UPI.

Freelance. You choose your hours — minimum 2 hours/day on active days, maximum flexibility. Many trainers work part-time alongside college or another job. You're paid per task approved, not per hour.

No technical background required. What we need is strong language skills in your mother tongue, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. We train you on everything else. Most successful trainers have backgrounds in teaching, writing, linguistics, or humanities.

Step 1 (application): 5 minutes. Step 2 (review): 24-48 hours. Step 3 (language calibration test): 30 minutes. Step 4 (onboarding training): 2-3 hours. You can typically start earning within a week of applying.

A short assessment (~30 min) where we evaluate your primary language skills: reading comprehension, written expression, and ability to distinguish nuance. You keep all earnings from test tasks. Don't stress — it's calibration, not elimination.

All 22 scheduled languages: Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Urdu, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Nepali, Santali, Kashmiri, Bodo, and Dogri. Plus English. If your mother tongue isn't listed, reach out — we're expanding.

Yes. Every Tuesday at 10 AM IST, we process payouts for tasks approved in the previous 7 days. Money lands in your bank account or UPI within 24 hours. Bronze tier has a minimum ₹2,000 weekly threshold; higher tiers have lower thresholds and faster payouts. TDS is auto-deducted (10%) if your annual earnings exceed ₹30,000, with Form 16A provided.

Primarily RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) — you'll read AI-generated responses and rank them, write better versions, evaluate correctness, flag errors. Also: translation evaluation, content moderation, prompt writing, and specialized annotation in your language. All tasks are remote, done from your own computer.

Automatic and merit-based. The system tracks your task count and accuracy. When you hit thresholds (e.g. 500 tasks + 90% accuracy for Silver), you're invited to take that tier's certification exam. Pass → upgrade → unlock higher-paying tasks. No politics, no favoritism.

No earning for rejected tasks. You'll receive feedback explaining why (e.g., instructions not followed, quality below bar). We have a grace period for your first 7 days — no penalties during onboarding. After that, persistent low quality affects your tier. This is how we maintain the quality AI companies pay for.

Yes, completely remote. You need reliable internet (10+ Mbps), a laptop/desktop (no mobile-only), and a quiet environment. Trainers work from Tier-1 metros, small towns, and villages — we have active AI Trainers from 180+ cities.

We take data protection seriously. Aadhaar and PAN are collected only for KYC verification (required for payouts under Indian law) and stored encrypted. We never share personal data with clients — AI companies see anonymized trainer IDs only. Full details in our privacy policy.

Yes — standard freelancer agreement and NDA, done digitally during onboarding. The NDA protects client project details (you cannot discuss what you're working on publicly). The freelancer agreement formalizes our working relationship. Simple, fair, reviewed by legal counsel.

A laptop or desktop (Windows, Mac, or Linux) running within the last 5 years, 8GB+ RAM, stable 10+ Mbps internet, headphones for audio tasks, and a webcam for the onboarding call. That's it. No specific software to install — everything is browser-based.

Yes. Once you're an approved TrainPlex AI Trainer, you can refer others. ₹500 bonus for each successful referral (after they pass Bronze certification and complete their first 50 tasks). Your referrals also get priority onboarding.

Nothing negative, unless you stop for 60+ days. Your tier stays, your balance stays, your account stays active. Just pick up where you left off. If inactive for 60+ days we may pause your account; one email gets it reactivated.
