TrainPlex is an Indian AI training-data company. We build the human layer that frontier models are trained and evaluated on — in every Indian language, with the people who actually speak them.
A billion people, and models that guess at them.
The models the world is building are trained overwhelmingly on English, and on judgments made by people who do not live here. They get Indian languages structurally right and culturally wrong — the grammar holds, the meaning slips.
That gap does not close with more compute. It closes with people: a Tamil speaker who knows which of two fluent answers a real person would accept, a Hindi speaker who can tell when a model has produced something polite and useless. That judgment is the scarce input, and India has more of it than anywhere on earth.
TrainPlex exists to organise it — to find those people, verify them, train them, give them work that respects their time, and pay them properly for it.
Four things we do not negotiate.
The trainer is the product
Every output we ship was made by a person. So the platform is built around them first — verified onboarding, work they can actually find, and money that arrives when it was promised. Quality follows from that, not the other way round.
Language is not a feature
Hindi is not English with different words. Code-mixed Hinglish, a Tamil register from Madurai, a Bengali idiom that does not survive translation — these need native judgment, not a glossary. We staff for the language, never around it.
Quality has to be checkable
Anyone can claim 95%. We run four independent layers — automatic checks, an AI cross-read, a second trainer, and a human lead — and hand the client the working, not just the number.
Independent on purpose
We are not owned by a lab we would then have to serve differently from everyone else. Every client gets the same trainer network and the same quality bar.

Evaluation & RLHF
Preference ranking, response scoring and adversarial prompting in Indian languages, by native speakers who can tell a fluent answer from a correct one.
Annotation
Text, audio and image labeling — in our own platform, or inside the client's tool where their pipeline already lives.
Data collection
Where the data does not exist yet and has to be created: speech recordings, camera capture, structured photo sets — collected to a written spec, with consent recorded before anything is captured.
Expert domain work
Legal, medical and financial judgment from credentialed specialists, with an audit trail of who did what.
